Our 6-acre facility is located on the local truck route and has opportunities for tractor-trailer parking, exterior parking, and warehousing with easy access to I-80/94 and I-65.

About Us

912 Avenue H has been in business since 2008 and originated as a tractor/trailer parking facility with an onsite converted house/office. As demand has grown, we have expanded tractor/trailer parking spaces with options for electrical outlet access. Our original parking area has increased over the years as we improved the site. Our onsite tenants have access to a 24/7 bathroom facility. The most recent expansion included the construction of 12,100 square feet building with 9,500 square feet of multi-tenant warehouse and 2,600 square feet of office space for multiple tenants. Site improvements included site lighting for the tractor/trailer parking area.

We currently have plans in 2021 to expand the paved parking areas, adding chain link fencing to secure a major part of the tractor/trailer parking area. In addition, we will provide a controlled security gate with security cameras and dedicated space for RV, boat, and trailer parking.
